In today’s post we are going to look at a case study provided by the Plumbing Portland Or company. They were kind enough to let us perform some marketing for them and publish the results.
First we did a little bit of direct mail marketing to their existing customers. Remember it is 10 times easier to get an existing customer to return than to find a new customer.
