In today’s post we are going to look at a case study provided by the Plumbing Portland Or company. They were kind enough to let us perform some marketing for them and publish the results.
First we did a little bit of direct mail marketing to their existing customers. Remember it is 10 times easier to get an existing customer to return than to find a new customer. We offered a service of free water heater examination as well as $100 off if they decided to use our services. Out of the 450 customers that we sent this to, we got about 20 who took us up on the offer and about 10 of those had us provide them with a new tankless water heater.
So in total they spent about $100 and got 10 new customers to return. This is a fantastic Return on investment and this is something we can do for your plumbing company as well.
